Meet Dr. Jennifer

Dr. Jennifer Shepard is an accomplished HR leader with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Training & Development, and Performance Optimization. With a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and extensive global experience that includes more than eight years in the Middle East working for Saudi Aramco, where she was one of the founding members of the Diversity & Inclusion Division, she brings valuable cross-cultural insight to every project.  Dr. Shepard is known for her work with C-suite leaders to shape corporate DEI policies and her ability to build relationships across all organizational levels to align training and development with business needs. She is an influential communicator and data-driven strategist, passionate about embedding inclusivity and transparency into business practices and developing future leaders.

Dr. Shepard has also spoken at a variety of events including the Kuwait Diversity Summit 2024 ("The Diversity Ecosystem"), KAUST Research Conference, “Understanding Bias”, 2023) LEWAS Symposium ("Interrupting Bias", 2023 and "The Psychology of Bias", 2020), has been a repeat guest lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School in Sydney, Australia ("D&I in the Middle East" 2021, 2022), moderated a video podcast for LEWAS Amplified ("Equality and Equity"), and been a frequent moderator, emcee, and panelist at several events in the Middle East.
